Conference bags a product of micro-enterprise efforts

ECLOF (Ecumenical Church Loan Fund) Peru, a micro-enterprise organization in Lima, coordinated the production of canvas briefcases for the Everyone, Everywhere world mission conference. At the suggestion of Five Talents International, ECLOF was chosen to produce the bags for conference attendees. Five Talents International, in Vienna, VA, is in partnership with ECLOF and the Anglican Diocese of Peru to provide credit for micro-finance loans. Each bag has distinctive Peruvian detailing and an embroidered Everyone, Everywhere logo.

Everyone, Everywhere will offer a variety of activities on Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday, enjoy a cup o’ joe or a cuppa tea with some yummy desserts, as you browse book and gift items. Several authors will be at the event to sign their books. (Berets and black turtleneck sweaters not required.) The Gala Festival for Saturday night promises to be a feast for the eyes, ears and the appetite. The chef at the Maritime Institute has proposed a mouth-watering array of foods from all over the world which we will sample “Tapas Style”. Following this delicious meal we will experience entertainment by the Baltimore Trinidad and Tobago Steel Band, Spanish guitar and percussion, a sitar player and percussionist, and the Wasafiri Voices, a Christian African dance team.
